MITSUBISHI CONNECT is a group of innovative services designed to give you a more comfortable and safe driving experience.
Whether you want to start your vehicle to pre-heat the cabin, find your vehicle in a parking lot or call for a tow, the power is always in your hands with MITSUBISHI CONNECTinfo. The handy mobile app lets you send remote commands to your vehicle from your smartphone, while two in-vehicle buttons let you connect directly with the MITSUBISHI CONNECT call centre in case roadside assistance or emergency services are needed.
Available only in 2022MY Outlander (LE, LE Premium, SEL, GT and GT Premium). Included for two years as a new Mitsubishi owner of a MITSUBISHI CONNECT-capable vehicle. After the two-year trial, standard yearly subscription costs apply.

SMART REMOTE START
Start your drive with the perfect cabin temperature. The Smart Remote Start allows you to remotely start or stop the engine and sets climate control automatically to bring the cabin to a comfortable temperature.
Before using the smart remote start feature, ensure the vehicle is parked, in the proper gear, under conditions that make it safe to start the engine and that starting the vehicle will not violate any regulation, ordinance, or other law.
REMOTE DOOR UNLOCK / LOCK
Need to grant access or secure your vehicle from a distance? You can lock or unlock the doors using the convenience of your smartphone.
CAR FINDER / REMOTE LIGHTS / HORN
Finding your vehicle will never be an issue. MITSUBISHI CONNECT can display its location on your smartphone’s digital map, and even give you walking directions. You can also use the app to sound the horn or flash the headlights.
SOS EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE
Pressing the SOS button in the cabin activates a call to the MITSUBISHI CONNECT Emergency Response Centre, where an agent will assist in the dispatch of emergency services to your vehicle’s location.
Operation of this feature is dependent on the vehicle and all corresponding devices being in functional condition and with access to sufficient cellular and GPS coverage. When an emergency call is received, a third-party responder will respond to your emergency. Mitsubishi Motor Sales of Canada is not responsible for the manner or timeliness of such third-party response.
Get access to roadside assistance when you need it with the touch of a button. The call centre agent can locate your vehicle in real time and arrange services to assist.
