June 30, 2025, we purchased our first Plug in Hybrid Vehicle. We bought a Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV, in Barrie. We traded in a Toyota Hybrid.
Lovepreet our Sales Advisor was very knowledgeable of all aspects of the car. Her efficiency included; explaining the highlights of the vehicle and educating us, always punctual and polite for all appointments, that included correspondences away from the dealership answering all our many questions. Lovepreet pre-sent us 3 documents to have enough time to read before signing on the pickup day, and sent us links to learning YouTube videos. Everything was open, and transparent, she was very patient with us. On pickup day she took her time to demonstrate, all features of our new car.
At Barrie Mitsubishi we also dealt with Nic, the Business Manager, Patric Assistant Manager and Stacy the Service Advisor.
