I am one happy new customer !!! I did extensive research prior to coming into a dealership . I had meetings with a few sales reps and managers ! I had the worst encounter with a sales manager from the Barrie Hyundai… not one dealership compared to Mitsubishi Barrie ! Brett was the most honest and polite guy and his sales manager Rob was just as delightful ! In today’s market customer service is essential ! Everyone is looking for the right price which make no mistake I got that but the deal was sealed by these two people ; you can’t train morals and values it’s definitely innate!

I hope Mitsubishi corp makes a legal change on the privacy form and adds a paragraph for the survey for these agents . Surveys should be separate from advertising permissions ! Consider this my 5 star survey for both Brett and Rob !
