June 30, 2025, we purchased our first Plug in Hybrid Vehicle. We bought a Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV, in Barrie. We traded in a Toyota Hybrid. Lovepreet our Sales Advisor was very knowledgeable of all aspects of the car. Her efficiency included; explaining the highlights of the vehicle and educating us, always punctual and polite for all appointments, that included correspondences away from the dealership answering all our many questions. Lovepreet pre-sent us 3 documents to have enough time to read before signing on the pickup day, and sent us links to learning YouTube videos. Everything was open, and transparent, she was very patient with us. On pickup day she took her time to demonstrate, all features of our new car. At Barrie Mitsubishi we also dealt with Nic, the Business Manager, Patric Assistant Manager and Stacy the Service Advisor. We highly recommend this Dealership and all its Staff. I am one happy new customer !!! I did extensive research prior to coming into a dealership . I had meetings with a few sales reps and managers ! I had the worst encounter with a sales manager from the Barrie Hyundai… not one dealership compared to Mitsubishi Barrie ! Brett was the most honest and polite guy and his sales manager Rob was just as delightful ! In today’s market customer service is essential ! Everyone is looking for the right price which make no mistake I got that but the deal was sealed by these two people ; you can’t train morals and values it’s definitely innate! I hope Mitsubishi corp makes a legal change on the privacy form and adds a paragraph for the survey for these agents . Surveys should be separate from advertising permissions ! Consider this my 5 star survey for both Brett and Rob !
